Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Manfaat Melakukan Transaksi Penarikan Tunai Tanpa Kartu Menggunakan Mobile Banking

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat terhadap minat melakukan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu menggunakan BSI Mobile. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian asosiatif, menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan 100 sampel dari Mahasiswa UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh pengguna BSI Mobile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel manfaat terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mahasiswa dalam melakukan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu menggunakan BSI Mobile. Namun, variabel kemudahan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan layanan digital perbankan di kalangan mahasiswa.
