Peran Pondok Pesantren dalam Memberdayakan Kewirausahaan Santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Risalah Batetangnga

Abstrak

This research is motivated by the low level of santri involvement in entrepreneurial activities, the limited variety of business units, as well as the lack of marketing support and post-pesantren follow-up. The aim of the study is to explore the role of Pondok Pesantren Al-Risalah Batetangnga in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among its students. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with data validity ensured through triangulation and member checks. The study concludes that Pondok Pesantren Al-Risalah Batetangnga plays a significant role in cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of santri through the development of an independent mindset, practice-based training, provision of business facilities such as cooperatives, and the instillation of Islamic values. This role not only equips santri with technical skills but also shapes them into entrepreneurs with integrity, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
